Positive: Door keypad was convenient. Location was extremely quiet with plenty of shade trees. Very well furnished with everything that you would possibly need to store, clean, prepare, cook, serve your food, and entertain small groups or families. Nice refrigerator, and stove with an excellent oven. Unit has a High efficiency washer and dryer, reclining couch and love seat, flat screen televisions with numerous steaming platforms, and exceptionally comfortable beds. Small appliances include an air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, blender, iron, hair dryers, toaster, and more.

Negative: Parking was adequate, but not plentiful. Particularly if other units had multiple guests on the weekend or holidays. Very close (about 100 yards or so) to the local golf pub, so Friday night was loud pretty late, well after 1:00 am. Property security gate was only manned after 6:00 pm. Unit was very clean, but the sliding glass shower door tracks on the bathtub should of been steam cleaned, possibly modernized. Microwave was large but dated, and didn't have a turntable. Other than the new washer & dryer, all of the appliances could be updated. Window blinds were damaged and stretched out of shape.

Summary: Great place for an extended stay. Would certainly stay again next time I'm in town!
