Positive: Thank you so much John and Karen, the cosy house has so much to offer guests and you went out of your way to get the hot tub up especially, the property is beautiful and your information pack is very informative. The property is situated on a bus route which makes it handy for those that don't drive to still get out and adventure between Derby and Nottingham with ease.

Negative: As a disabled man with a mobility walker the very first step was a bit tricky if I had anything weighty in the basket of the walker, a small ramp would allow me to push rather than lift, but no points deducted I loved the place immensely, so many modern features I never even knew existed, bless you both <3

Summary: I would definitely love to stay here again 5 Stars <3

Positive: The hot tub was a wonderful experience with the added lights. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need - oil, salt, pepper, cutlery, crockery, dishwasher (and breadbox + bread knife!) - though we didn't actually cook. The hosts were very responsive and sorted out the hot tub very speedily when we told them it wasn't working. There's a castle nearby as well, and provides relatively good access to the Derby part of the peaks for those with a car. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Positive: Very clean, decor was modern. Kitchen was clean compact had everything we needed. Excellent location and supermarkets were close by. Even had the use of a hot tub if we wanted to.

Negative: Nothing to dislike
