Summary: Great vacation property - highly recommended! Everything is as pictured and described accurately in the listing. Communication with the contact was great by texting and check-in/check-out very easy. We were a group of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone, and each couple had their own full bathroom which is something I look for in a rental. The kitchen is very well equipped including a warming oven not listed. I am 5'2 and had no trouble reaching the microwave or wall oven buttons (see other review about this). Pantry is fully stocked despite my having brought a lot of cooking spices etc. for a holiday dinner. Washer/dryer was great for our daily ski gear. Plenty of towels are supplied for the hot tub. Everything was very clean. Beds very comfortable. Short drive to Main Street and to the resort areas. There was a 12+ inch snow storm that blew in the day before our arrival but the driveway was plowed and the exterior is equipped with heated floor mats at the entry, on the deck to access the grill etc, and even to the hot tub which really enhanced our stay in an unexpected way. The garage has plenty of space for one car and ski gear, with a stairway into the house for easy access in any weather. We had a total of 3 cars and had no problem getting in or out of the garage in the shared driveway like the other reviewer claimed. Great place!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house is 3 levels, garage on bottom level, living and 2 bedrooms on main level, master on 3rd floor, each bedroom has a private bathroom, which made it perfect. The heated pads on the deck made getting in and out of the hot tub perfect. The house was well stocked with extra pillows, blankets, and an awesome supply of goods, spices, and nessessites in the kitchen. The living, dining, kitchen area are nice and spacious for gatherings, the heated floors throughout the house are nice and warm and the gas fireplace keeps the living room toasty. The garage has a nice place to store skis and even has two boot warmers. Driving to the slopes or Main Street was a quick drive and a breeze in the snow. We were greeted by Tim on arrival outside and he was super welcoming. Really can't say enought about this place.

Summary: Great location. Kids loved the hot tub. Tim next door is awesome. Plenty of privacy. Well stocked and perfect for our vacation. Many great hiking trails nearby.

Summary: What a great place! Beautiful home, comfy beds, great kitchen and a 1/2 mile from downtown main street via trail. Tim and Denise were extremely prompt on all questions. Hope to come back next Summer to get away from the Florida heat.

Summary: We were staying at this property for a family gathering--5 adults, 3 young boys (3,1, and an infant). The listing looked beautiful, great location near Breckenridge, secluded spot...you know--all the things you want. First sign of it being not quite as expected was when we pulled into the driveway and compared it to the photo from the listing of the front of the property--"plenty of garage and driveway parking for your vehicles"--well...maybe. As the listing mentions, there is a full-time resident in the guest house (just out of the photo) who has two vehicles parked outside. And the garage you have access to--I hope you drove a mid-size sedan. It's a funny pull in angle that would block pretty much any other nearby parking in order to get in and out of the garage. But that's fine--a garage in a vacation home stay is a nice-to-have anyway. But then you go inside, walk into the kitchen...and oh my goodness, every floorboard in the kitchen squeaks LOUD. Like...you can't walk into the kitchen in the middle of the night for a glass of water without waking up any light sleepers. The dishwasher is mounted off-level, the microwave is unreachable for anybody shorter than about 5 foot 6 inches, the garbage can is about the size that a single resident would use, the light switches make no sense (we had a series of lights that we could not figure out how to work for the entire stay), you'll have to adjust each individual thermostat at least twice per day (radiant heating tied to room by room nest thermostats--and those thermostats auto adjust back to efficiency settings at least twice throughout the day)...and some other miscellaneous quirks. PROS: Plenty of kitchen supplies, even things like coffee, tea, cooking oil, etc--this place is well equipped. Views of Breckenridge ski resort are excellent. It's well away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet it's under 5 minutes drive to Main Street. But again--this is a great property, it just needs some love. A couple of floor beam shims and a decent appliance installer would take this property to a new level. It was listed for sale when we were staying there...so maybe the new owner will put the improvements in that it needs to be a truly exceptional property.

Summary: Very nice home near the town but not right there in the busiest parts. Hot tub, kitchen and views were excellent.

Summary: We stayed at this house for Labor Day 2021 weekend for 3-nights. The place looks great - awesome kitchen with nearly everything you could possibly want, a hot tub, and it’s so close to downtown Main Street. We enjoyed morning walks into town, and they had plenty of extra towels and blankets to make entertaining in the living room much more comfortable. We are a family of three (with our daughter being 3yrs old) - as well as two friends from out-of-state - and everyone navigated the property well. There are some Stairs throughout, so for any parents with little ones not quite adept to professional walking (lol) we recommend just a close eye on the children as they approach. But they have two bedrooms on the 1st floor (ours had a full size bed with a daybed and trundle in the same room, so it worked out perfectly. One additional thing to note…the living room and dining room areas can get quite toasty during the early/mid-afternoons as it does not have A/C - but we knew that going into it and just opened the windows and turned in the fans. All in all a great place to stay if you want to be close to the festivities downtown while also having your own space away.

Summary: We had a post Covid family reunion at Kevin and Monica's house. It had everything we could possibly want; well equipped and beautifully appointed. Within minutes it felt like home. The view is spectacular. You can see the snow capped mountains beyond the trees from the deck and through the huge picture windows. The entire house was pristine clean with a bathroom in every bedroom. It's a very short ride into town and close to lakes and terrific hikes. Kevin is always accessible to answer questions. We hope this property will be available when we return. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Summary: This house is wonderful! I will definitely be back. There is nothing it doesn't have. The space, the decor, well stocked, comfort, location, and that VIEW!!! Just... WOW! I was visiting my son, who lives in Denver with his wife and we needed a little extra space. It was so wonderful to have everything we needed in this beautiful town. The yard, deck, and long dining table were all perfect for our family/friends game playing during our down time. Thank you Kevin and Monica for sharing your home with us! Every detail was covered, even a gracious gift for us to enjoy. I do have to apologize for making (2) phone calls to you Kevin, but I was so impressed by your quick response. You immediately put my worries at ease. I could not ask for more in a rental!! Simply A M A Z I N G ! ! ! ! ! Lisa D & (family/friends)

Summary: I have to allow for 3 stars solely based on the beautiful home itself. However, upon arrival we were met with some unexpected circumstances. To begin, within 5 yards of the home is a guesthouse that’s occupied by an individual who apparently takes care of this and other properties...? This was a bit off putting as we didn’t read anything about this person, and felt awkward knowing that they had the codes to get into the home. Next was the dirtiness of the home itself. For such a beautiful home, cleanliness was severely lacking. We we’re thrown by the following issues: rusty utensils, nail clippings and hair as well as stains on master bed linens, nail clippings in main level bathroom by kitchen, beer and soda cans and cigarette butts around hot tub and under deck, cigar butt on balcony by kitchen, no tv remote for the living room, and the garage door remote did not work. I cannot say we would recommend this property in its current state. However, if there was adequate cleanup services and foreknowledge of the person in the guesthouse, then I’d be more forgiving.
