Summary: This is my 3rd stay in this hotel and the most disappointing. Our TV by the bed did not work . When we called they said someone will be up right away . 30 mins go by no one comes . We call again and they said 5 mins and a whole hour goes by . They call us non stop in the morning and when we called the front desk no one knew whey they were calling us . Some rang the door bell and even just tried opening the door without waiting to see if they can come in . Someone came at 11:30 to ask about our TV when we checked out at 12. Just an overall unpleasant experience this time , For the price you pay everything had to be working and right
