Summary: The unit was exactly as described, and impeccably clean and cozy! The personal touches throughout the unit were perfect and incredibly thoughtful! The unit is well furnished with great furniture and comfortable beds! We came during a heat wave, and the unit’s AC kept us cool and comfortable. The location is an easy walk to the PATH station and convenient to the city! We were also close to the Ferry for an easy water ride into Manhattan!Peter is an amazing host who communicates well, and we would certainly stay here again!

Summary: This property was a perfectly comfortable space for our family during our stay. It was just as it was described and more! The host was extremely responsive and helpful with all questions about the apartment and the area. It was very conveniently located near the Grove St. train station and many local restaurants and shops! It was the perfect place for our trip to visit NYC!

Summary: Stayed with my two teenage kids, for five day NYC adventure. Right around the corner from the PATH station. Everything you need in easy walking distance, groceries, parks, bars. Any family or couple of couples would be super comfortable at this apartment.
