Summary: Our stay was a mixture of relaxation (king sized bed, privacy fence, our own yard and a great TV) and some inconveniences (only running water located in bathroom, yet the kitchen area was on the opposite end of the suite, making it difficult to make coffee and clean a few dishes, also the grass needed mowing, so sitting in the yard was not so great). We still enjoyed ourselves! Decor was cute, the bathroom was great. Owner needs to put a mat in the tub! It was slippery as all get out!

Summary: Nice spot close to Gruene, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake and the Guadalupe. Wife and I stayed in this suite as a getaway for 3 nights. The room and bathroom are really nice and the bed is super comfortable! Nice touches and all you need for just relaxing and enjoying each other!

Summary: We needed a capital Q QUIET place to recharge and this was perfect. The property is exactly as described. The bed is very comfortable, the soaking tub was a welcome relief each evening after enjoying all the activities New Braunfels and Fredericksburg had to offer. Made for an awesome home base while we shopped and dined out all day. Great host with a nice eye for decor.

Summary: Had a great weekend gettaway with my wife here. Immaculate, clean, and cozy. Awesome backyard space completely as advertised. Amanda was fantastic and made our privacy top priority, even when she went above and beyond to help us out with the hot tub. McQueeny and Seguin have some awesome buried spots.
