Summary: This is a quiet attached apartment with a separate entrance from the main building. It has a TV room with an extra bed, a kitchen/dining area with microwave, coffee pot, two burner hot plate and a full refrigerator, a bedroom with lots of closet space and a bathroom with a shower. The owner/manager is friendly and responsive to issues that came up during my stay. It is a a shady and quiet neighborhood that has an Keys flavor with free range chickens and peacocks around the property.

Summary: It was really nice being able to find a property that was more moderately priced then what is pretty common in that area. The property is nice for a short stay, but it is a little limited.

Summary: The price is reasonable. It's a pretty cheap feeling place. There was no working wifi, TV didn't work, and the "kitchen" is only a very old microwave and sink. Beats Motel 6

Summary: This place is very clean, safe and quiet. It’s a nice apartment for simple vacationing, the kitchen is minimally stocked with dishware, silverware and cookware. The owners are very nice and will respond immediately to any problems or requests that you may have. There was no smart TV or grill that we were aware of on the premises as advertised in the listing. You are close to many different areas, including the Florida Keys, Homestead raceway, and Biscayne Bay.

Summary: Beautiful property and private entrance with gate. Very close proximity to many attractions in the heart of the Redlands. Would stay again.

Summary: Everything was as shown or described in the VRBO listing. The apartment is inside a gated property so they felt very safe. They were given a remote that opens the gate so they could come and go as they pleased. The only "surprise" was the fact that guests are not able to flush toilet paper in the toilet. It must be put in a trash bag (not included). Property manager might consider making that available. I've seen this with other properties and I'm assuming that it's because it's a remote property and therefore has a septic system that they don't want to get clogged. It really wasn't a problem for my son and his friend but something that other visitors should know about. Other than that, they had a delightful stay and said if they ever find themselves in that area again, they would stay at that property again.
