There are 20 steps and an open body of water in the garden. . 3 White Ladies is a beautiful refurbished one-bedroom apartment located in the pretty village of Stoke Fleming, situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The apartment is in a fantastic location, just half a mile from award winning Blackpool Sands which is approximately a 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive in the car. The apartment is set in a very private location within the grounds of a 17th-century building which has been carefully designed into seven flats. 3 White Ladies is situated on the ground floor at the rear of the building overlooking the well-kept gardens and it benefits from lots of natural light on sunny days. The pretty communal garden provides the perfect outdoor space to relax in with its beautifully secluded multi-level terraces and seating areas all which have views of the sea. Relax in the botanical garden and watch the beautiful stream which attracts birds from all walks of life. As you enter the property you will discover a bright open plan kitchen and living area with a set of bi-fold doors opening out into the conservatory which has a dining space and seating to make the most of the views. The living area is comfortably furnished and there is a state-of-the-art flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal and two steps up, there is a small landing area where you’ll have somewhere to hang your coats. Although there is no washing machine or tumble dryer there is a launderette for public use adjacent to the car park. The kingsized bedroom offers a peaceful night’s sleep and is located towards the back of the property. The bathroom has been fully fitted with an amazing double sized walk-in shower, heated towel rail, toilet, sink and it also has some cute nautical finishing touches to the room.
Stoke Fleming village has a traditional pub and popular wine bar/restaurant, take away fish and chips, a village shop, post office which are all a short walk from the apartment. Beautiful Dartmouth is just 2 miles away (a great coastal walk for the energetic), 2 miles away in the other direction you have the beach Slapton Sands and Slapton Ley the south west’s largest freshwater lake with its own abundance of birds and wildlife.
