Summary: Lovely little cottage with everything you need for a lazy break away. Beautifully clean, including the hot tub and a great way to enjoy a few days away from it all. We chose to be very lazy on this break, but will be back to see more of what the are has to offer next time.

Summary: Have been to the Quantock Rise a couple of times which were fantastic and decided to try the Quantock Hideaway to see if this was as good. We were not disappointed. A very cosy and quirky cottage with a very well maintained garden and the bonus of a hot tub. The bad weather did not put us off spending time in the hot tub but we did get a gazebo for a couple of nights as the weather was awful and there is no shelter which the Rise does have. Would highly recommend Quantock Hideaway for a weekend away or base for some amazing walks nearby. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Summary: Peaceful & perfect hideaway for recharging & relaxing. Lovely location which is so quiet! A quirky, self contained cottage for two & the hot tub made our week as it was private to us & an added treat to our staycation. We will rebook.... Summary: A wonderful cottage in a lovely peaceful setting. It is beautifully presented throughout, spotlessly clean and has everything needed for a perfect break. We loved it and plan to return. It has keysafe entry which is ideal during these times of social distancing. We did meet Gloria, the cottage owner, at a distance one day and she was friendly & helpful, but not at all intrusive. Summary: Cottage was lovely...very quiet and the private garden with hot tub was perfect. It was disappointing not to have wifi as my partner who rus his own business had work to do which was impossible due to no wifi or phone signal. I appreciate it's in a secluded location but think the advert needs to make it clear that wifi/phone not available as this is just assumed in this day and age. It would also have been useful to have local information available (as without wifi we couldnt research what to do, local takeaways etc!!) And instructions for hot tub/cooker. If wifi/phone signal is a must have for you then this isnt the cottage for you. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Summary: Would highly recommend Quantock Hideaway to any couple seeking peace and tranquillity in a private setting as this ticks all the boxes. We hope to return in the future as it was an amazing experience even though we never had any face to face with the owner due to Covid 19 but it was a truly fantastic place. Summary: Quantock hideaway was wonderful. Clean and tidy and very secluded. 4 poster bed was very comfortable. Bathroom lovely, no bath but that didn't bother us and we new that before booking. Kitchen was smalll and perfecly adequate we cooked 5 out of the 7 nights. Location is great. W took moutain bikes and cycled several trails from the property, plus the mineral line in Watchet and the Bath 2 tunnels route with a mile long tunnel in it. It is close to the beach (a great fossil beach at Watchet and St Audries waterfall. We also visited Bath, Glastonbury and Stonehenge. The Levels Avalon Marshes nature reserves were also great. This property has a hot tub which we found fntastic sitting in on an evening under the stars aftr long days out. Really good value and we would definitley recommend.
