Summary: Nothing fancy, but everything I needed to stay for a week while my son played baseball nearby. 7-8 minute drive to the field, quiet, comfortable, easy parking, laundry, and host was extremely responsive.

Summary: Our grandson was playing in the games at All Star Village in Oneonta so we wanted a place to stay that was convenient to the field. This was perfect. We were there in under 10 minutes. Shopping and restaurants were close by. Large bedroom, living room and kitchen. Bathroom was small but had the best shower ever! We would recommend it.

Summary: Clean, responsive owner, collection of old furniture pieces, refurbished kitchen and bath done with basic quality esthetics. Filled basic needs well. Owner needs to provide filters for coffee pot. A couple of bulbs and tv remote batteries need to be replaced in the apartment on ground floor that our daughter rented during stay at same time.

Summary: This apartment was so clean and larger than we expected! The neighborhood is very nice... there is a beautiful park a short distance away that we walked to. Walmart and restaurants are close by. The manager, John is the nicest guy! He is extremely helpful and kind.

Summary: unit was perfect for me. Enjoyed weeknof little league baseball about 25 minutes away. Unit was neat clean comfortable. Had all I needed. Would have been perfect for two also.

Summary: This place worked perfectly for us while my son played in the All-Star Village. It’s 5-6 min away and had food, gas, and groceries all nearby. The place was clean and had needed amenities. I would recommend to anyone!

Summary: This is an older large property which is reasonably priced, given the amenities. Private units have all that you need and everything is functional. Washer and Dryer were very convenient. Location is quiet and close to Walmart too! Perfect to see our grandson’s tournament.
