Positive: Excellent communication. Had UK power plugs available…. Nice little touch.

Negative: 2 doors similar in the street…. We had a few anxious minutes working out which one was the accommodation. Extra clarification around this would have been good

Positive: Flat was roomy and very clean. Location excellent: 5 minutes walk from shops and St James Street station (overground), but was quiet and nice: lots of young families. The local Pumping Station museum was nice to visit on the Sunday I arrived.

Negative: Just a few niggles: * Clocks and one TV remote didn't have batteries in. * The Smart TV didn't have terrestrial channels, so BBC was only available through iPlayer, which was a pain. * The email with the key locker details wasn't delivered on time: I was stuck for 15 minutes waiting outside wondering if I was going to have to find a hotel at short notice.

Positive: The host, Mr.Chris was such a cooperative person, very kind and helpful 🥰. He was flexible with the timings, we checked in 2-3 hours earlier and checked out 2 hours late. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr.Chris 🙏🏻 The location was great, just 5 minutes walk to the High Street, Walthamstow...as a tourist from Malaysia, it was so convenient for Halal food groceries, shopping and etc. Talking about facilities in the flat, gorgeous👌🏻 almost everything was there, a very large TV screen, microwave, stove, a big fridge, washing machine, cables, desktop and etc. The home was clean, cozy and comfortable...we really enjoyed our stay in Walthamstow 🥰

Negative: Nothing... everything was superb comfort and good for us 🥰 Keep it up Mr.Chris 🥳

Summary: We are very satisfied and we will definitely want to come back, Mr Chris was very helpful and kind.

Positive: From the very beginning, Chris was very attentive and made sure everything was in order to make our stay perfect. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home. The neighborhood has all the services you need nearby and it's very well connected by public transportation, which made our stay so much easier. Definitely an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place with a host who pays attention to every detail.

Positive: Chris is a lovely host, calling us before arrival to check we were ok and knew where we were going. Met us when we arrived and messaged the next morning to check we had had a good stay. Had a busy itinery so were literally in the flat for the night only so didn't use the facilities. Slept like a log in a comfy bed. My daughter managed to leave her retainer and Chris posted it straight back to us, no messing around, can't fault him.
