Come and Relax as you deserve a break in our 3 bedroom/2 bath 1750 sq ft SFH located 1.5 miles to the heart of Bethany Beach Delaware. This home is located on a quiet private street with one level living.
This includes a full kitchen, kitchen towels provided, Keurig coffee maker, central A/C, 3- ROKU TV's with Internet/WIFI only, screened porch for insect free evenings.
Garage includes space for your car! (Hot Rod or Corvette!)
Space also for your own personal
beach gear, bikes, stroller etc.
The Community of Clearwater is a quiet family friendly neighborhood with a Pool and Tennis Court. Our neighborhood is bike friendly!, perfect for joggers and morning or evening strolls.
Our community pool will open May 25, 2024 and will stay open until Monday Labor Day Weekend or until given notice. ***The pool is now open.***Pool pass is provided.
Our community follows the guidelines published by the Department of Public Health for the operation of public and private pools in the State of Delaware.
There are 2 Ponds that are catch and release only, for those that like to cast a line.
Our location is very convenient to all that Bethany Beach has to offer to include: guarded beaches (in season), Boardwalk, Bandstand, Restaurants and Shopping.

Driveway and On street parking that is directly in front of the house.
Paper products provided for our week and weekend guests i.e. TP, paper towels, napkins
Toddler bed with crib size mattress available with advance notice only. (Fits your crib size sheets)

Graco Travel Crib ( small size pack n play) also available with advanced notice only (bring baby's blankets)
For peace of mind all of our mattresses are in a Lullalori premium mattress encasement. Lullalori encasements protect against spills, has an anti-dust mite and bed bug shield, and are also hypo allergenic. All of our sleep pillows are in a Sleep Defense System pillow encasement that are water proof, dust mite proof, allergy proof and bacteria proof. Sometimes this issue can be overlooked when planning a vacation, so we have you and your family covered!
All beds have linens and sleep pillows. Extra fluffy blankets for each bed in closet.
All bathrooms have per guest bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.
Our TV's are ROKU TV's that are set for Guest Mode.
Sign into your apps to watch your content.
Select your date of departure on screen. On the date you select, you will be automatically signed out and your information will deleted at 11am on selected day.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay near Bethany Beach. This house is in a great community with tennis court and pool. It’s a bike ride or walk to the beach if you do t want to deal with parking at the beach. There are a few single steps by the front door, living room to dining room and living room to the bedrooms so could be tough with little kids you are concerned with steps. It is just 1 in each location. We had a great time and enjoyed the house.

Summary: I spent two nights with my husband and our friends. The house is very clean and well-stocked. Everything is prepared for your use like beach chairs, grill, and even beach toys for kids. It was very impressive. The host, Caren, responds quickly and is very friendly.

Summary: This was home was perfect in many ways firstly thank you Caren for responding promptly during our communication throughout this booking. I must say this home was very well kept and clean. There was plenty of room even though it was just my wife and I during our weekend getaway. The house was well stocked Including all the beach necessities that you may need. Everything was in working order. The mattress in the Master bedroom was very comfortable. The home was just about 5 mins away from the beach along with many restaurants also in a great and quite neighborhood I will consider this home in the near future for sure.

Summary: This was by far the best rental experience we had! As soon as we walked in we could tell the house was just cleaned. Everything was in good condition and the owner left out small amenities that really helped (K cups, first aid kit, Wi-Fi info, personalized pool pass info, make up remover). Also the owner reached out out a few days prior to the trip to let me know she would be as responsive as possible and told me she would send the door code 24 hours ahead of the trip (and of course she did)! The beds were comfortable and each room had ceiling fans. Great location and quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family!

Summary: Had a great time in this spacious house with my family. Family pool time was great, family walks in the area was quiet and peaceful. The grill at the house was great for our dinners every night. Family fin week was a success at this clean lovely house.
