Positive: The position was fantastic Great kitchen with plenty of cooking equipment Very clean and spacious Two problems we had on arrival were sorted very efficiently as soon as we reported them which was great

Negative: The light in the downstairs sitting area was very poor The only light in that area was in the fan and it flickered on and off There was no washing up liquid When we arrived there were 2 broken chairs lying on the deck We put these in the garage as they looked very messy The garden area was lovely but needed a bit of a tidy up with lots of dead fronds

Negative: No soap in bathrooms No washing up products in kitchen Several lights didn’t work 3 kitchen chairs faulty and dangerous Kitchen tap faulty Could only watch free to air tv, no access to Netflix etc, despite trying to access agents help No general information book re apartment, local info, dining suggestions etc

Summary: Loved Yamba as a destination but would not recommend Buhdda Beach House as the place to stay

Positive: Location is awesome! Bidet is great! Facilities are complete and neighbourhood is super friendly. .

Negative: Hot water was on and off. The upper floor windows netting isnt fitted nicely when we first arrived.
