Negative: A ltitle loud - didn't mind at all but be aware and located on the 3rd floor in case you're bringing a lot of luggage

Positive: I had a really good month here. The host lives upstairs and is super nice and responsive, and I grew to really love the area. It's hip, vibrant, full of students from the nearby university, easy to get around on the subway or a rented bike. There are markets nearby, and trendy Seongsu-dong is 10 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, with a good kitchen (no oven, but a microwave), air-con and a washing machine and separate dryer. The place feels a little like stepping into a cool oasis, after the chaos of the street below.

Negative: It's in the heart of the party zone, so you can hear k-pop from the bathroom after 6pm, but the main double bedroom was very quiet, and I slept well. The single bedroom might have some street noise, but I didn't sleep in there.

Summary: A comfortable, surprisingly chill Seoul Apartment in a very vibrant area

Positive: At first, I was a bit worried that the location might be noisy since it's in a lively area, but it was actually much quieter than expected and very comfortable. The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing—even for a whole day indoors. The location is also super convenient, with restaurants and shops just around the corner. Most importantly, the host was very kind and responsive, which made the whole stay even better. I’d definitely love to stay here again if I get the chance!

Positive: Location of the apartment is fantastic - less than 100+m away from Konkuk University Station. The street where the apartment is located has a high footfall traffic area and has many eateries, photo booths, game rooms, clubs, and even adult shops. Yet, the area is extremely safe, though it may get quite loud. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and has everything you need to have a good stay. Host was very kind to even leave a gift of facial masks for us. If you are into exploring the night scene and clubs, this apartment will suit you. Esp if you are into clubbing and late night suppers, this place will definitely be for you. The apartment may not be as suitable for families, esp if you have younger kids just because of the noise from the club beside (& sometimes inconsiderate drivers/motorbike riders whose vehicles make too much noise in the middle of the night when the clubs close),

Negative: Not the host's fault, but more because of our lack of familiarity with the location. Note that the Apartment is on the 3rd floor of a very high footfall street and just beside a table top dancing restaurant/club. So despite the double glazed windows that effectively shuts out the noise for the master bedroom, the other bedroom is a little noisier. And if you are a light sleeper, this may affect your sleep. Otherwise, apartment is fantastic in size, comfort and location.
