Positive: Very close to the airport bus and tram station. Well-equipped room with washing machine, dehumidifier, microwave, fridge, and a shared kitchen on ground floor.

Negative: We have waited outside the building for a long time as we could not get reach of the landlord. Then we found out the main entrance was not locked and the keys were already inside the room we booked.

Positive: location~ easy to access, convenient for parking and nearby shops

Negative: noise from train while it’s running alongside; not pretty suit for someone who carrying a luggage bag for a couple as need to climbing up to the 3rd floor via stairs.

Positive: Very clean. Everything perfectly laid out in anticipation of our stay. Easy station access and only a short walk from many major locations. Very comfortable and had all amenities you could need. Private bathroom, washing machine, and very nice bathtub, control of water temperature, fridge, microwave, strong wifi, tv, desk, aircon and very comfortable beds. There are disposable chopsticks and anything else you may need in the shared kitchen on the ground floor. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Staff on the phone were very friendly when arranging check-in. Plenty of restaurants and food nearby. Just a hop-skip from the ferry port.

Negative: The man who met us for check-in was very unsettling and awkward, to say the least. Despite us only speaking Japanese he said almost nothing to us during the whole event. He only told us to leave the key when we checked out. Also, we were told PayPay would be accepted when we made the booking but when presented with it, the man was very confused. We were forced to use cash and luckily had it on us. We were then not sure about things like taking out the trash (if needed?) and locking the front door of the building or not when coming and going. Nothing was explained. Also, I read before we booked that it was next to a railroad track and this bothered some people. I was not worried because I currently live in a similar situation in Tokyo. That being said, next to a railroad track and next to a railroad crossing are two very different creatures. The claxon of the crossing signal is very loud in the room and starts very early in the morning and is very frequent. I feel a mention of this really should be in the description. Another small mention, it says smoking is not allowed in the rooms but our bathroom was frequently getting cigarette smoke from either a room on a lower floor or another location. We couldn't figure it out.
