Positive: We loved our stay at the Chion's House. It was amazing, the family was awesome, listened to great music, saw great views, and it was an amazing time. Wish we stayed longer.

Positive: Amazing house. It is very obvious that the family put a lot of thought into the design and interior decoration of the house. A very unique experience. Hosts were also very hospitable and responsive to our messages. We paid for them to arrange for a dinner to be cooked and delivered to the house. A great convenience and food provided was vegetarian but they accommodated our request to provide meat for our children. Location is great, coin laundry available in a separate building 30 seconds walk from the house. About 5 mins walk down the hill to main street where many food options were available. (Walk back will take longer as it is uphill).

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Memorable stay.

Positive: We had an incredible stay at Chion's House. The hosts are super nice and easy to reach and suggested things to do in the area. The house itself is beautiful, quirky, and has every convenience you can think of (kitchen things, music playing things, tea making things, bath things). Everything was clean and fresh, the air conditioning was just right, the beds were super comfortable and the ocean view was calming and relaxing. The house itself is close to the Tiger Beach bus stop and many restaurants and convenience stores are within easy walking distance. If I ever come back to Okinawa, I'd stay at Chion's House again!

Summary: One of the best and most unique lodging experiences I've ever had.

Positive: A very impressive house, like a fairy tale house! The host family are friendly, they introduced their idea of this special house when we arrived. Each corner is creative, the garden is lovely. We also ordered the dinner, tasty and enjoy. We had a great stay, hope we can come here again!

Positive: I really do love the vibe and the atmosphere the owner created. Other than hotels and villa, this place is more like a cozy home where you like to spent more time in the house than out there traveling. The mosaic decorations and the colorful walls are the ideas of the owner’s family and i really love the way they get every family member involved in the design of the house. There is a herbal garden where the owner allows you to collect and put in the bath, a tatami where you can have your morning coffee or tea, a fully equipped kitchen with all of the okinawa’s traditional pottery craft and glass. As for tech, there is a projector which you can stream from your phone and iPad, a CD/DVD player, and best of all, and a vinyl. For all the money spent on the villa and the 5 star hotels, this place gives you a completely different experience, which, in my opinion, i will come back every time.

Negative: There really is nothing to say about the property. Everything is greater than expected and the experience is wonderful.

Summary: This is home whenever i come back to Okinawa
