Positive: This was a surprise little find not far from the Hakata Fukuoka Train station. It was very big and comfortable by Japan room size standards and in a great location for walking around Hakata. There are combinis within 2 minutes walk and some great restaurants as well. Canal City is about a brisk 10 to 12 minute walk.

Negative: The only thing we had an issue with was the check in instructions to get inside the front door of the building… it seems there may have been a translation error and the code we were entering was wrong. Eventually our messages got through and someone came out to help us. We pointed out the error and hopefully they have changed it.

Positive: The house has only 5 rooms and is located on a back street, so it's very quiet for a good sleep. The flat is clean, tidy and spacious and fully equipped with amenities for a short stay. The TV is large and there is a sofa for a good rest.

Negative: I wish the lights are brighter and auto lights are controllable.
