Positive: Nice place, close to the sea (first line) and botanic garden, calm place outside the city, which is however easy to reach. For a very attractive price.

Negative: We booked a suite with a sea view but got a simple room with neither a view nor any of the promised facilities. After complains, got a suite but without breakfasts, that were ordered. After arrival we figured out that there will be no breakfast. There has been no warnings before... Eventually we got a price reduction, but no excuse. Communication with personell worked very bad, especially after we paid for the room. The place is very god - first line, but there one issue - a railway and motorway inbetween the sea and the house. This creates a lot of noise. Adding moscitous - opening a window is not a good idea...

Summary: Good place if you have a car, OK rooms if you get luck, bad service for a good price

Positive: Very nice mountain and on the side view of Batumi waterfront and the sea. Free toiletry, clean towels and bedsheets. Decently equipped kitchen, no tea-bags or coffee.

Negative: No small bedside light. Have to move the bed to fully open the balcony- door and then you block the light-switch. Foul smell in the bathroom; not overwhelming, but.. No TV channels available and no reaction when I tried to contact about that.

Positive: The location of apartment was better,the beach is only 100 meter by the walk.There were a lot of market nearby to the apartment. There was a bus station you can take bus easy to go center of batumi. As a result i liked the room.

Negative: I have only one problem ,the room whic i saw on the internet, the room which i stayed is not same .The room was a bit old.
