Positive: Essentially, everything. It is my second time in this property and since then it became even better. The only complaint I had in the previous time was a somewhat inconvenient sofa bed in the living room. Now it is replaced with a new modern and beautiful set including a folding sofa and tea table.

Negative: A relatively short stay. Next time I am planning to stay here much longer. Of course, if I will be lucky enough to catch this place.

Summary: Well equipped, perfectly clean, quite and safe pearl in the heart of Odessa.

Positive: The apartment is located in the historical center of Odessa, but is so quiet as one can have somewhere in the country side. The building is very old, apparently from the 19th century. The walls are more than 1 meter thick (quite useful feature in the war time). The bathroom and the kitchen include absolutely everything. I think my home kitchen is less carefully equipped as the kitchen here. The host is very nice and friendly. You only must have an access to GSM or Internet to have absolutely flawless check in experience. The very nice bonus for us was a public parking place adjacent to the building, which was under 24/7 surveillance and always free during the night time.

Negative: Only two things were somewhat disturbing for us: very bad small in the entrance to the building (not in the apartment) and somewhat inconvenient sofa bed in the living room.
