Positive: The apartment has a fairly modern renovation, there is a beautiful view from there, you can sunbathe on the balcony, the center is close and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants in the area. There is also a parking lot nearby.

Negative: however, there are many controversial and inconvenient things, for example - the apartment is located on top of an abandoned building - there is air conditioning only on the veranda - there is neither air conditioning nor windows in the bedroom - the jacuzzi on the balcony should actually be taken with pigeons - water always spills out of the shower onto the bathroom floor - the instructions for moving in need of clarification

Positive: Great location, especially if needing to park, as there is a good value car park, open 24 hours nearby. Plus the jacuzzi is very welcome after a long day of driving. Great host, friendly and thankfully very quick to respond to our late booking. There are plenty of good eateries and bars nearby, plus a small supermarket.

Negative: Could we have some large mugs for tea drinkers please.

Summary: Great space for relaxing, on a high floor, good views, quiet and breezy and close to all amenities.
