Positive: - superb main house, superb sauna house , superb terrace. All together nice package. - the house included all you need: all needed kitchen stuff etc - private beach was excellent - excellent view to the lake, plenty of room for everyvody - nice architecture, both the old/renovated main house and the new sauna house.

Summary: Excellent place for vacation for group. Kestermuiža is a place I’d go back again any time in the future.

Positive: This place is incredibly family-friendly — everything was thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest details. The house was spotless and felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. There were plenty of activities to enjoy both indoors and outdoors, which kept everyone entertained. The space was generous, with four bathrooms in the house, making it very convenient for a larger group. It was quiet, cozy, and fully equipped — there were more than enough glasses and plates, which was a big plus. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for comfort and relaxation!

Positive: A lovely stay in modern, spacious, well equipped premises. It seemed like everything was thought of - huge living room with great sound system, Netflix and gaming. Lovely kitchen that even had bowls for your pets. Felt like staying in a nice hotel - rooms were very clean and the design of the whole space made it feel very nice. Loved the large outdoor area and that all activities (SUP boards, boat, waterjump, disc golf) were included in the price. The sauna house was perfect for a corporate hangout - nice big outdoor table, fridge for drinks, bluetooth speaker for music, hottub and a large sauna with view to the lake. Amazing atmosphere, thank you! :)

Negative: Even though the area of the property is very large, there are other houses quite close and cars driving by so it's not super silent and private. A good idea would be to plant some tall trees around the fence so it feels more private. Talking about privacy - didn't enjoy the security camera above the hottub. We're sure it's for security reasons but felt intrusive. Also a suggestion to add AC to the rooms. It got very hot and not all windows had curtains/blinds so it was veeery hot to sleep.

Positive: This property exceeded our expectations - the location is fabulous, the house very spacious and very well equipped. Nice design, a lot of things to do. We were more than happy about finding this gem! 100% recommended and hope to return!
