Positive: Great location. Basically near everything you could need. It seems like it would be a great place to stay for the Nebuta festival! It was nice and clean. They had turned up the heat for us before we arrived :) definitely would stay again or possibly check out another option from the same owner.

Negative: A small thing I think would improve our stay would be adding 1 mirror for the living room and 1 mirror for the bedroom(to make it easier for women doing their make up)

Positive: Great location, good amenities, very handy having the washing machine (with detergent) and cooking facilities. Beds were comfy and there were extra futons in the cupboard. Good shower and plenty of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and disposable toothbrush/toothpaste). Plenty of room for a travel cot.

Negative: The heated rug had a box thing under it we kept tripping on haha.

Positive: Parking lot underneath / behind the house was very comfortable to stop for 5mins for unloading, even though we did not use it for parking. The rooms themselves were clean and everything was perfect as expected.

Positive: It’s clean, and it’s around 1km walk from Aomori station. It’s got everything you need, including towel, sanitary products and free wifi. You can even cook if you need.

Negative: 1. It’s a little pricey. 2. Small stairway up. We have pretty big luggage, and I travel with my parents in their 70s…even I have a little trouble carrying their luggage up for them. 3. 2 beds and the rest are futons. I have no problem with this, but if there are like 5 to 6 or you, it’ll be a little tight.

Negative: All was good...was pretty expensive but that is because we came at Nebuta festival

Negative: It's hard to find the place. The google map didnt point out the right unit, which is behind the street, and there is another property that the sign looks similar. We asked plenty of local people, and they could not point us to te right building too. It took us more than an hour on the street trying to figure out where the building is. Eventually we made a call, and used choppy japanese to understand that we were at a wrong building. I suggest some English tag or information at the downstairs of the building and at the other building may help.
