Positive: The location and price were good. The room was clean, the bed was ok. There are all the required things for a living, and the place is quiet at night. There is a parking place near the house, which might be ok until your car is the only one. The hot water was abundant and very hot. All required stuff was provided, like toothbrushes, detergent etc. the 7Eleven store is 250 meters away.

Negative: I find it ok. I based my evaluation on the lifestyle I got used to, and this place was below it. It looks better in the photos, so be prepared. The room was humid inside, and it took nearly five days to dry it out using the air conditioner. There was also a very light musty smell. In the evenings, Green Stink Bugs gathered outside the entry door, so I had to be careful not to let any of them in when going in and out at night. The parking space is quite challenging, especially when there's already a car parked. Usually, I reverse in from a busy street. I had to ignore most of the road rules and made some risky moves with my hazard lights on every time. I ended up scratching my bumper while trying to park on one rainy night. After that, I had to call the police and speak with them, as it's the standard procedure in Japan after any road incident, no matter how minor.

Positive: Nice and peaceful, pretty easy to take the bus to the beach or station. Clean and tidy and had all we needed. Good communication with staff.

Negative: It's a bit off center. The fridge is very small.
