Positive: The bed is comfortable, and you can enjoy a lake view from this place.

Negative: The path to accommodation is bit steep and there are no stairs. which might be challenging for some guests. The tent room has a slight musty smell from the vinyl material.

Positive: I really enjoyed everything starting from the beautiful tea service and the view was perfect. The best of the whole town. The price is worthed. The silence there is unbelievable, there is a lot of space for parking and a BBQ area and a little swing with mountains view

Positive: Amazing views! Clean fresh air. Shared baths & toilets were decently clean, with hot showers. Campfire at night was a nice touch.

Negative: The walk up the slope to the reception & room tent area is ridiculously steep! Not recommended for the elderly unhealthy or infirmed. Very limited parking space FCFS.

Summary: U will get the BEST views of BRT from here!!

Positive: The family were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and the breakfast was delicious. I hurt myself and they took me to the hospital and translated for me to English. I slept and woke up so well, to a beautiful dawn view of the lake. There is beautiful nature around with so many species of butterflies. Overlooking the tea plantation was also really nice.

Negative: Unfortunately, the WiFi wasn't working. I teach English online so it meant I had to cancel a lesson. After my accident, I was going to stay another day and the staff went out of their way to find somewhere where I could connect to WiFi, which I really appreciate. But then I met someone who could give me a lift back to Chiang Mai. The owner was genuinely happy for me. It was really lovely. I said 'No' to not meeting my expectations because I was expecting WiFi, but to be honest, it wasn't a big problem. It was a great reason to 'switch off' which is what I needed.

Negative: It’s a little bit not easy to find. Try to text the owner when you arrive. Don’t trust the google map

Positive: Considered by many as a tourist trap this was a perfect place to stay for a solo traveller. Not sure if they cater for couples but great place for them as well if both are comfortable in turning their pennies and still appreciating a world class experience.

Negative: Excellent value for money and suspect their price will go up as they build a bigger portfolio of positive reviews.
