Positive: Location was good. Plenty of shops around and Heera mall nearby.

Negative: The fixtures like the kitchen area look old. Have microwave but plates provided (melamine ware) not meant for microwave used, it is a potential hazard. Not been provided with basic amenities - clothes hangers despite a wardrobe available, had to request yet not hotel standard hanagers. No tooth brush. TV channels not to my liking - suggest satellite TV with channels like Nextflix etc. Lucky i am travelling alone, i can adapt but if my family is coming along, they will surely not like it. The facility does not match the price i paid.

Positive: Reception staff Malaka was really nice and helped a lot and did her best to accomodate my request. I think she is the only one (during my stay from 1300 hrs till 0400 hrs), who can communicate in English.

Negative: Did request for early check in (at mid day) as accomodation check in time is at 1600 hrs. Did sent 2-3 emails before my arrival date but no response from property. Although rooms were clean but there is sewerage smell in sitting area, no proper toiletries in the toilet. Although rooms were non smoking but matteres were smell of ciggeratte.

Summary: Average.can find cheaper accomodation with such standard.
