Positive: Very neat and clean on top of that staff are very good and friendly meanwhile during our stay breakfast was included we really enjoyed our meal during stay. Highly recommend also we will stay in the future as well

Positive: Good value for money. Pretty new hotel, clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast is OK.

Negative: Not soundproof at all. You should ask for a room on the opposite side of the road. Too noisy. Rooms are smelly, seems that people smoked in the rooms or on the balconies.

Positive: The location is fairly good. Its about 20 minutes to Almaty city . The breakfast is also good but can be improved . Can have more varieties especially fruits and muesli or granola.

Negative: Little noise because the hotel is by the roadside . Should also have a potter to help carry luggage especially for older people .

Summary: Perfect. The staffs were so kind, polite and very helpful . Snezhanna and Katya was just amazing.

Positive: The place Near by the airport, The stuff really friendly, helpful and nice.

Negative: Firstly, the street noise is excessive. During the first two days, construction work near the apartment added significantly to the noise levels from morning till 9 pm. Secondly, there was confusion regarding the water. I was initially told it was free for the first day, then later that it would be provided free of charge. This may have been a communication issue, but clarification is needed. In addition, there was some insects really irritating but few. Finally, the steep stairs are difficult to navigate, especially when carrying leggages at the first day and leavin day, or groceries and even a baby stroller. This presents a significant inconvenience. Overall, despite these issues, I appreciate many aspects of the apartment. I hope these concerns can be addressed.
