Positive: The apartment is lovely, in a great location, quiet, spacious and very welcoming.

Negative: Both showers had drainage issues, and one of them flooded one morning. The manager's response was slow, we were told an engineer would come one afternoon, and we asked via chat if we would have to be there to open the door. We did not get a reply, waited the whole afternoon, and no-one came. Eventually, after the engineer came the following day, one of the showers was still not draining properly. Only one key was given to us initially, despite being 3 of us, and, when we requested an additional pair, we had to go pick it up to their office, which is half an hour away from the apartment. Overall, we found the service pretty unreliable. A shame, as the apartment is truly lovely. I don't think there was a safe. There wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom, the bath products was very poor quality.
