Positive: Location was good, and the garage was helpful.

Negative: Air conditioning - or the lack of it. And that access to the garage is from street level, around the corner to the apartment block. Noise at night from the road. Kitchen is rather small and pretty basic.

Summary: Noisy and a bit hot, but a good place to stay for Bilbao.

Positive: Good location, close to the Guggenheim and nice bedrooms.

Negative: The fan in the bathroom does not work. Moreover, the elevator from the garage works only with the keys (that were not available). That was really uncomfortable when dealing with the suitcases.
