Positive: Cozy hotel, very friendly staff who make sure you are happy. Great location for golf lovers , right on the golf course. Great spa facilities. Healthy food and drinks.

Negative: The Hotel somewhat did not give the sense of 5 star. Need some updates even though it was only 3 years old. Some balconies were divided by glass not providing much privacy.

Positive: It’s really a wellbeing place and you leave feeling like you got what you went for. The staff really made the place all that little bit extra amazing in my opinion. Eka my massage lady, who honestly was phenomenal. I could not turn my neck to the right and she has sorted that movement out. Nasreen the nurse in the spa , totally amazing Ben the personal trainer, everyday full of smiles and so much energy Mr Nidal at the restaurant who seems to have memorised every rooms special diet plan and always wants to be of assistance. Mr Mohammed at the restaurant who is also always so helpful and wants to make sure you enjoyed your food. Overall, all the staff take great interest in the guests but these staff members stood out for me as I had most interaction with them however everyone was amazing. Thank you

Negative: It’s not the most luxurious however in terms of what they offer for your mental health, your internal health and overall wellbeing, it makes up for it
