Positive: Friendly nature of the staff and property manager. Property and activities are managed. Location is great. Overall, great time! I see myself coming solo for work as well.
Negative: More hangers in the dorms and bathrooms. Repairs necessary here and there.

Positive: Zostel Manager and volunteer were very friendly and chill. We also played with them till early morning. Vibes were amazing, we danced on Saturday night Live Music. Also made some friends with a cool group. Zostel Manager was accommodating as well, extending our checkout time. 10/10 for hospitality. Overall an amazing experience and I definitely recommend it.
Negative: Hygiene was a concern. The water filter was probably not working, water was muddy after the heavy rains. Pool was not clean. Staff who cleaned the rooms were spitting paan inside the property on grass. And there was no pest control... Frog and chameleon entering are fine since it was located in a nature-heavy setting. But a small rat and lizard had entered our dorm too.

The location is unique, as you need to park your vehicle on the other side of the river and take the complimentary boat service to reach the property, which adds to the experience. The property offers plenty of indoor games and water sports activities. However, do note that some water activities may be restricted or a bit risky during the monsoon season, depending on the weather conditions. There are a few areas where the stay could be improved: - The cottages should have a ceiling or table fan. Relying only on the AC can make the room feel stuffy at times. - The game room needs better ventilation. It should have at least two AC units and one fan. A room freshener would also help, as the pigeon smell can be quite unpleasant. - The food can be improved by offering a smaller but better-quality menu with the most frequently ordered dishes prepared well. Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, activities, and hospitality. With a few improvements, the experience could be even better.
