Summary: From check in to check out these were the most wonderful people. They set up tours, rides, reservations for us, gave us an umbrella when it rained every evening…I had lots of questions upon arrival and they answered them all with a smile! Coffee, beer, water, sandwiches, chips all free during your stay at the cafe beside the front desk. Room was small, only a bed, desk and armoire but very comfortable. Lighting in bathroom is fair and we didn’t have a view, but other than that, amazing! Highly recommend!

Summary: I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Zocalo Central and I would definitely book with them again. Ricardo greeted us as we walked in and out each day. When we checked into the hotel it was lovely to be able to go down to the 24 Hr cafe and grab something to eat instead of having to search for food on our first day. The wraps, salads and soup were really delicious. I loved sitting on the balcony each morning for breakfast. Breakfast was pretty much the same thing each morning. Fabian was our waiter the whole visit and he was awesome. Loved the complimentary bottle of wine and the walking tour with Daniella. She was very informative, did not rush us and professional. My only complaint is the shower. The shower head is placed too high. I am short and my sister who is a little taller than me both stated it was hard to position the shower head without getting it all in face and hair. Also my sisters tv had Netflix option and mine did not but definitely wasn’t a big deal because I rarely had it on. I loved my stay in Mexico City and already looking forward to coming back.

Summary: It was an amazing experience being in the historic center. Hotel is very close to many tourist attractions and walking distance to shopping and authentic food places too. Zocalo Central and Rooftop hotel has a great restaurant where there is a great view of the Center/Zocalo Square. Staff made the experience even better as they are all very welcoming, warm and friendly. Shout out to the bellhop service, Antonio, Raul and Daniel, the concierge service and the front desk service, Ivan and Christina. Thank you very much.

Summary: Zocalo Central is the hotel you want to stay at when visiting Mexico City. It’s located in the heart of the historic center and directly across from the cathedral and zocalo. You can easily walk to museums, parks, and restaurants by foot or catch a hop-on hop-off bus near by to visit attractions or other neighborhoods that are a bit further way from the historic center. Your stay at this hotel includes an amazing daily buffet breakfast and free food and drink (some exceptions) at their cafe. Food is delicious! The staff at this hotel is also very kind and helpful. The service we received from Cristina (front desk), Anayeli (housekeeping), and Raúl (bellman) made our most recent stay wonderful. If you are planning a visit to this amazing city, Zocalo Central Hotel will not disappoint.
