Positive: Everything about this property was an A+ experience. Ziza is what the Gold standard should be for short term rentals and hosts.

Positive: Very nice and large apartment. Very well equipped. Alvaro met us with the keys upon our arrival. Very well located in the center of Cordoba. Also a super nice terrace that we did not exploit due to short stay during winter month.

Negative: All was good. We only stayed one night, but the apartment was above our needs.

Positive: Everything was perfect! Alvoro has thought of everything- make up towels so you don’t ruin his fluffy, white towels, the bed is electronic so you can position each side to your liking, the amount of food and beverages included is outstanding. We purchased a bottle of his wine and it was excellent. The location is right in the thick of the old town but the apartment is a peaceful oasis of calm. 10 mins max walk away from all the sights and there are so many excellent restaurants and bars close by. This apartment is a real home away from home. The attention to detail is phenomenal. The outside courtyard is beautiful and even in chilly conditions we could sit under one of the many blankets and have a coffee or a glass of wine. We’ve travelled the world and stayed in some unbelievable places but this is number one! Don’t hesitate to come here. You won’t be disappointed.

Positive: Ziza was excellent. After travelling for 7 weeks Ziza apartment felt just like coming home. There was so much room inside and out and it was obvious a lot of thought and care had gone into the apartment. Alvaro was very helpful, meeting us at the apartment and available for any questions before and during stay. The location was walking distance to all the sights and there were also many tapas bars and restaurants nearby. Favourite place we stayed in our trip.

Positive: Everything! I could live here! The attention to detail is what sets this property apart and I understand why it is rated 10/10 every time. We are all strangers to Alvaro and yet he treats travelers like family and wants everyone to enjoy his home. He obviously gets great joy from our reactions. There are no wonky pans with ill fitting lids or kitchen equipment that should be replaced. Everything is as if you were in your own kitchen. And the surprises don’t stop there. Congratulations and a huge thank you, Alvaro.

Negative: Unable to fault this property, I just wished we could have stayed longer. The photos don’t do the property justice, it is so much better in real life!

Positive: Just about everything at the property was ideal for us, as we wanted to be in a quiet place in the old town, where we could go and explore the city with everything no further than 10-15 minutes away, and this fitted our requirements to a tee. The apartment was spacious, well appointed and had that homely feeling, thanks to the furniture and fittings which I think were personally chosen by the owners. The owner, Alvaro, had left so much variety of food for us to have at breakfast, that it would have been impossible for us to have eaten it in our 3 day stay, it was by far, the most amount of free food that we have ever been left when booking an apartment to stay in. Various local beers and wines were also available for purchase at a small extra cost, based on a honesty basis, which was a nice thought if you wanted to stay in for the odd night. We didn't actually use this, as we went out to different restaurants and bars to sample the local custom. Alvaro, also took the time to show us around the apartment and explain everything to us, and also pointed out the main tourist sites and areas on a map of the city, which was very helpful to us in navigating around, especially as the old town has lots of very small lanes/roads. We arrived by taxi from the railway station, and the cost was around 6 Euros. The taxi had to drop us off at the end of the lane, due to the fact that it was narrow and cafe's and bars had seating in the road, but it was only about 50m away from where we got dropped off. When leaving the property, we walked approx 2 minutes to Plaza de las Tendillas, where it was easy to get a taxi back to the railway station, as well as being one of the pick up points (number 8) for both the small and larger Hop-On, Hop-Off buses that tour Cordoba. All in all, I don't think that I could rate this apartment any higher, as it was perfect for our stay, and a credit to the owner.

Negative: Nothing at all, everything was just about perfect for our stay.

Positive: Everything. We chose to stay there because we had read the comments of previous guests, which said that everything was beyond expectation. I must say that this is true, and we were not disappointed. Go there if you want to experience another level of hospitality, unlike what you have ever lived before.
