Positive: Everything was incredible. It looks like a fairytale online and in real life it is even better. We had the most peaceful and relaxing couple of nights. Looking forward to returning to see another season. Staff were all incredibly friendly.

Positive: I cannot compliment the staff enough. Every single staff member we saw, encountered, and spoke with were exceptional. Smiling, friendly, helpful and engaging. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. I cannot remember everyone's names but a special mention to Mary who helped us check in a little early, Oilver who helped with our bags, and Peter who offered such good advice and helped organise transport for us over several days/nights. We really relied on staffs use of English and everyone was superb. The venue itself is beautiful, clean, warm views are lovely and the food was divine. The drinks and cocktails and staff recommendations were perfect.

Negative: Our trip was too short. No complaints
