Positive: Really nice place on 3d floor w key operated elevator, very spacious and bright living area with adjacent dining area and great open kitchen, with comfortable seating and tv, for sharing w other guests. Everything really clean and well maintained. All rooms are charming and comfortable with dedicated bathrooms or toilet. Parking underground for 20chf. Very nice place. I was well rested.

Negative: At first you are creeped out because you’re above a stripclub, and the elevator went to the 2nd floor, onto a dark corridor. But there is no crazy noise or weird behavior. The place is hard to find, and the garage is hard to find. But the owner is very helpful.

Positive: Nice room, had use of the living room and kitchen. Everything was clean, complimentary toiletries.

Negative: A challenge to find! Instructions were not too clear but managed to locate it. Initially I could not locate the WiFi code so messaged. Went out and when I returned I spoke to a lady who said she worked there but did not have the WiFi code. She called her boss and handed the phone to me. She had a go at me and.told me not to speak to the staff. Managed to locate the code when I went back to my room. There was a warning that there is a Gentleman's club below and there may be noise but I did not hear any.

Positive: The location was amazing . Very convenient, close to the train station , metro and airport bus! Comfortable, cute and clean room ! Everything was fine !!

Negative: The tax for staying in Milan , is very expensive! It costs 9,5€/ night , per person ! Extremely huge amount!

Positive: Location was really handy for the train. Bed was comfortable. Even though the toilet was external, it was still for private use and just next door to the room. The lounge, kitchen dining area were a nice surprise. We were there on a week night, the club below was open but we didn't hear any noise. We would stay again

Negative: Finding the key was a bit tricky. Perhaps the instruction should say "go around the back of the building". Although the wifi code was in big letters in the foyer, we missed it as we were looking for the room. Once in the room, we couldn't find a wifi code. It would be helpful to have this in the rooms or kitchen as well. We eventually found it.

Positive: Location was a 10 minute walk to the centre of Chur. The decor was inventive and had character and it was also vey comfortable. The kitchen and lounge area was good and well equipped.

Positive: Comfy spacious room in excellent location close by the historic town centre and short walk from railway station. Simple facilities but ideal for a short stay. Owner communicated well and we were warned in advance that this small precinct could be a little noisy due to loud bars and adult entertainment in the vicinity.
