Positive: Relatively close to the city centre, host is very nice too. Large rooms and available usage of pantry items

Negative: Mannheim being mannheim, a bit outdated so the apartment is still physical key access, shower and toilet can be a bit rustic and a bit difficult in a shared apartment when they are connected.
