Positive: Nice relaxing location to chill and take a slower pace. Nice breakfast spread. There were activities to occupy children - duck/fish feeding as well as the tie-dye activities.

Negative: The staff who handled our check-in wasn't particularly helpful with our questions and requests, which surprised us given TW's usual hospitality. Most of the other staff we met were great though.

Negative: beware of mosquitos which is understandable and unavoidable as It's in the mountains so came prepared!

Positive: Absolutely beautiful and peaceful garden setting. The vegetarian restaurant breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. The standard double room was large with a big bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a coffee shop attached and the restaurant serves dinner.

Negative: The rooms are looking a bit worn with badly scratched vinyl flooring, the wooden bed surround had also seen better days. I wouldn't have expected this from a hotel of this price.
