Positive: From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was wonderful. The hotel itself is fantastic—a beautiful traditional Chinese-style residence. A special thanks to the round-the-clock staff who attended to our every need; they even helped plan our itinerary. Thanks to them, we witnessed the first snowfall of 2026 in Zhangjiajie—an absolutely breathtaking experience! The location is perfectly situated, within easy reach of all the major sights like the 72 Odd Towers, Central Square, Tianmen Mountain, and the "Avatar" Mountains. As a frequent traveler, I can say this stay stands out as one of my very best experiences.

Positive: This is really wonderful. We can enjoy the beautiful river view every day. The lady in the hotel, Miss Zhang. She helped us do everything about the trip! From picking us up at the airport, to buying tickets and guiding us in scenic spots, she even recommended a very delicious western restaurant to us, which is very close to the hotel! We are grateful to her. Of course, the room is also very good, exquisite interior decoration, very clean and tidy, spotless! I love everything here!

Positive: We had a great stay at waterfront hotel. Owner ( the young lady) was really kind and helpful I would like to say thank you for your help and assistance. She booked all the activities for us and explained one by one what we should do and where we should go. She was kind of our online tour guide 😅. Excellent communication. Room was very quiet, warm and big. Bed was extremely comfortable. There is bathtub in the room but we did not have time to use it. laundry with free washing detergents. ( you can wash and hang them inside your room hangers were provided). Breakfast was prepared daily as we requested and freshly cooked by her. We had egg , Noodles and fried rice. Free pickup at the airport by her brother . Good luck and hope to see you again

Positive: I highly recommend this accommodation. The room is very modern, clean and fashionable. There are supermarkets and several restaurants nearby. However, the best part is the landlord, she is very friendly, warm and helpful, she is like an angel, she planned the best route for me to visit Zhangjiajie Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain, bought tickets for me, and arranged for the driver to take me there. Even if I don't have a Chinese app, I can keep in touch with them through Booking.com when I am on the mountain. In addition, the room is really large, spacious bathroom, exquisite decoration, and convenient laundry service, which makes our holiday more comfortable!

Positive: The hotel receptionists were extremely friendly, helpful in organizing tours as part of the stay (free of charge), and welcomed us with warm hospitality. The location was great, the hotel was very clean, felt really cozy and the area was safe. Highly recommended for a cozy stay and specially if you are having trouble in organizing your trip to Zhangjiajie.

Negative: General lack of security as anyone is able to access the lifts and pose as a hotel staff, potentially risky for a solo traveller. Room service was not provided unless expressly asked for or requested. Price is also quite high given the above, location is also rather far from most local attractions
