Positive: The house is big and spacious and owner is friendly. Fully furnished with complete cooking cutlery essential. Complete with a rice cooker and microwave too. Also has a washing machine too.
Negative: The 2 front room will need to install air-con otherwise need to provide a stand fan for the 2 room on top of the ceiling fan provided. Rooms can be very hot in the day. Only the master bedroom has a ceiling fan and Aircon installed.
