Summary: Very good. Spacious room, tea and coffee. 3 arm chairs. Large bed. Friendly service. Good breakfast. Unusual location in a shopping centre. Chinese buffet next door. Swimming pool out of action, but sauna and jacuzzi available.

Summary: Our second stay & we enjoyed the large room, comfortable bed, & a swim in the indoor pool. The staff are very friendly, efficient & helpful. The check in time is 5pm.

Summary: Very off after hours check in process. The place was really dark and locked up. Had to use our cell phone lights just to see a small sign on the door to call a number to get jn, then retrieve our room keys from a lock box. After that, was okay. Plenty of parking, but dark area with very little lighting after hours.

Summary: It’s different, not what you expect from the outside. Staff were friendly, it was clean. Just an unusual location in between shopping outlet, but pleasantly surprised

Summary: Very welcoming & efficient staff. A good sized room & shower room. A large comfortable bed. The swimming pool & sauna area is very nice. There’s a nice restaurant at the hotel & a Chinese restaurant next door.
