Positive: The room was great, the private pool was lovely, so was the showers and the sauna. The beds was extremely comfortable and the food we ordered was great.

Negative: The hot tub was very disappointing, like the other reviews state it does not appear the hot tub was maintained at all. The moment it was turned on there was horrible smell and there was dirt as well, so was not able to use.

Summary: Really nice stay however one of the main facilities was not in usable state which is quite poor.

Positive: Facilities were ok as described and clean.

Negative: Experience was troubled by 3 main issues. First of all, at checkin staff was not properly checking reservation and asking to charge us again (all was already pid). Even after saying they insisted so we had to argue. Later we went out for dinner, when we came back, no one was opening our apartment, no one to call. We were left 20mins outside. Finally, while we were sleeping around 6am, staff opened our apartment and someone tried to break in, waking us up inmediately amd frightening us. We claimed all this but no compensation at all was given. Also be careful what you use, even some soaps or toothbrush you will be charged at checkout.
