Positive: Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. All in all, good value for the price offered.

Negative: The beds were too soft for our taste, but I guess it's a preference only some people share. A bit more disappointing feature were the paper thin doors and windows - we could hear everything going on outside of our door, even when the staff were whispering. This is a problem that could be fixed easily by installing more soundproof doors and windows.
