Positive: The property was very clean and had all the facilities that we needed. I cannot rave about the service and staff enough. They were extremely helpful in sorting out our very last minute safari trips for our group of three the night before the Safari. They were very reassuring and responsive to my questions and concerns and did everything they could to make sure our trip was enjoyable.

Negative: There was very loud music playing on the speakers from somewhere in the neighbourhood during the evening - I believe it was for a wedding or some kind of event. I understand the staff couldn’t do anything about it so we tolerated it until it was turned off at night.

Positive: The staff was very courteous and made sure they were always helping us with a smile. Our room was very clean. We had a great time staying at Zana.

Negative: While, north indian cuisine tasted nice. The asian cuisine can be improved in the dinner buffet spread.

Positive: Property was very clean and well managed.Pool area was beautiful and nice cottage with good ambience with good hospitality

Negative: The location of the property is within a residential area inside a city soo didnt have that resort feel.Secondly , the food menu was very expensive which doesnt justify the price tag.Even boiled eggs were rated at 700rs which is ridiculous. No arrangement of buffet lunch or dinner was there. After being to soo many good resorts, this was the only one which didnt have any recreational activities inside the resort and the play area for kids was chargeable which again i havent seen in any of the resorts uptill now.
