Positive: Very clean and good breakfast. Helpful staff.

Negative: Noise from the street outside all night, people partying in a small piazza close by on Fri to Sun. Very disturbing that we could not rest well, especially since we ran the marathon on Sunday! I do not blame the hotel staff since it's beyond their control, but we pre-paid so much a year ago when we booked as the accommodation was on the high side during the marathon wkend. So it was very disappointing for us.

Positive: What a gem of a place! A cosy, family-run style hotel right in the centre, spotless and very welcoming. A very special mention goes to Mesia, the Italian receptionist. She is an incredible asset to the property — always nice, helpful, and genuinely ready to assist at any moment. I honestly can’t imagine this hotel without her skills and care; she makes the whole experience feel personal and memorable. Also, a big thank you to Tania, who looks after the breakfast shift. She is just as lovely and helpful, always with a kind attitude that starts your day off right. This hotel is already a great find, but with people like Mesia and Tania, it becomes truly outstanding.

Summary: Central, spotless, and made unforgettable by the warmth and professionalism of the staff.
