Positive: Exceptional genuine friendliness everywhere, quick service, very clean huge grounds, warm and hot pools, very comfortable king size beds. We slept really well. Kids team is really hands on and create magic out of little things that the small kids love. Despite the language barrier, everyone is more than happy and prepared to make a plan and to use Google translate. I can
Negative: The Spa may need some attention on the infrastructure and freelancer choice side. As someone that owns an operates a spa since 20 years, we'd happily provide a few pointers. But this is a rather small point, we were generally very happy and would come back to the hotel itself anytime.

Positive: The wildlife and waterpark and sports facilities were brilliant. So many beautiful birds
Negative: The pools could do with a bit more cleaning, one day a few were quite cloudy and I fished plastic/wrappers/clumps of hair out.

Negative: Terrible food! Overcooked meat, 90% of menu is not available. We have been served the same piece of meat in 3 different dishes with different cuts. No explanation provided. Wines are not available. No gluten-free decent options for breakfast. Good overall for a good 3 star hotel. But it is a 5 star facility.
Summary: Good stay for a family in terms of location and facilities. Rooms are ok, not 5 stars, food is very upsetting.

Positive: Food and recreation were really good. External area is really beautiful although I would recommend to plant more trees around the sports area
Negative: The bedroom requires some maintenance (considering this is a 5 star hotel), the music in the swimming pool is really loud and doesn’t match the relaxed landscape.
Summary: Disappointed with the facilities, the manager was not attentive to our needs and this is a 4 (not a 5 star) hotel
