Positive: Good location, only about 10 minutes drive from boat launches and shop. 5 minute walk to ruins of old castle and church. Cosy interior, nice modern shower / bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Lovely to sit outside on the veranda to overlook valley for sundowner and morning coffees. Off street parking slot. Above all, host was super friendly and helpful.

Positive: Our host was fantastic, he met us shortly after arrival and gave us a really warm welcome. The house is very well designed with attention to details and very comfortable. The house is up on a small mountain road just a few minutes by car from the town, so a great location if want to enjoy dinner in the town, a boat excursion and a quiet night and morning on the hillside. He had nice recommendations for us and arranged a fantastic birding boat excursion on the lake in the morning, with lots of knowledge and respect for the local ecosystem. Finally we ended our visit with a great breakfast, clearly prepared from the heart.

Positive: Zabes home is up the hill a few minutes from Virpazar. We feel so very fortunate to have found this gem! Our host, Ivica (spelling?) was friendly and accommodating! He took us on an incredible boat tour of Lake Skadar, arranged a wine tasting nearby and drove us to one that wasn't so nearby. The breakfast served under the arbor was amazing. The house was cozy and comfortable. We were 5 women in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, so we were close, but comfy. Recommend this rental!

Positive: Everything was perfect. The host and his wife are really kind and very helpful. They made us a really yummy dinner at a very late night. The property is new and very clean. It had all the amenities for a perfect stay. Totally recommended.

Positive: The location and view is amazing. You can see almost the entire valley full of vineyards. There are local people who sell wine at their homes. The town of Virpazar is very close and the restaurants serve fantastic food, the local catch of the day. They also serve great meat dishes if you don’t like fish.

Negative: The accommodations were very comfortable and the owners who live nearby were very helpful with advice on what to see. There are boats in the town that take you all around Lake Skadar. It’s amazing to see all the birds and wildlife. The tour operators speak good English.
