Summary: Nice place at hotel Z! Place was clean, staff was courteous, and the location is near to shopping mall, CIQ and local restaurants/eateries. Definitely will consider hotel Z if I need to stay near causeway. Thanks to the free upgrade!

Summary: Clean room. Many shops nearby. no service staff after office hours. Pillows hard. Porter uncle very smiley and helpful. Front staff should be more friendlier.

Summary: Gym has quite a few eqps. Nice view from room. Fire extinguiser very old and dusty. Not sure if working or not. Bed a bit firm. Cleanliness acceptable

Summary: Family Room is spacious with 1 double & 1 single bed. Location is walking distance to CIQ, shopping malls and many eateries. No towels and only 1 set of shampoo & bath gel for 3 pax when we checked in. So we have to request for them.

Summary: Very nice & modern hotel with a pretty comfy bed ! However the toilet had a few flies and was abit rusty. The aircon isn’t that cold but there’s a fan to make up for it. Amenities such as dental kit and shower gel were provided which is great 👌 Lastly, at night it can be very noisy due to poor soundproofing. There’s a police station opposite and the siren kept ringing non stop 😔😔
