Negative: I can hear the voice from the next room through out the wall even snoring. It’s haunted me cause the sound is came from the wardrobe!!! And other bad thing is toilet. Someone made it dirty and bad smell and smell bad all night long I won’t stay here again

Positive: Close to train station. But if there is heavy snow (which there was) you will get wet and passing cars can splash water and snow on you as they pass you.

Negative: No staff at all. If there is a problem you’re out of luck. Also onsen tub had large wooden cover which was heavy and seemed like it was not available for use. Breakfast was basically white toast and an orange. Coffee was available only some of the time because espresso machine was not working on the last 2 days. Again no staff so you cannot complain to anybody.
