Positive: they have wifi, netflix, air conditioner, water heater, microwave, refrigerator, lots of carpet to avoid cold tiles, sofa, dining table for 4 pax, washing machine, a wardrobe, working desk, iron, iron board, parking lot and definitely great for the price too!

Negative: the plug is limited maybe you can bring your own extension
