Negative: I booked a room on booking.com for Oct. 24,2025- Oct. 25,2025 I was charged 73.14 on my debit card. But when I checked into the hotel, I was told that they were unable to access booking.com. I was then processed as a walk-in and charged $80.00. I contact the hotel to receive a refund of the $80.00. I have not heard back from them. They tried it again the next day but I showed them where I paid on booking.com without incident.

Positive: The workers were all very nice and respectful. The pool was great, not to cold, not to warm. The room was nice and the price was great compared to other places around the area.

Positive: Got 2 rooms one very clean and outside of the building was clean

Negative: One of the room when taking a shower 125 the drain didn’t drain properly and water back up. The nightly residents would leave a rock or board in the down for visitors to come and go
