Positive: From the moment we booked Shon (the owner) was in touch with us attending to all our needs from pick ups at the station, taking us to the spectacle shop as my husband left his glasses on the train, telling us which way round to climb the mountains (life saver), driving us to everything we wanted to go to and he and his family prepared us the most delicious meals. Nothing was to much trouble. The family who runs the villa are all lovely, friendly, the rooms were stunning and clean, I am still using my courtesy shampoo and conditioner. We cannot rate Yunshan Villa more highly! I would go back in a heartbeat!!
Negative: There is nothing we didn't like, it was the highlight of our trip - but a tip is bring your own wine if you like drinking wine.
Summary: Beautiful, comfortable accommodation, lovely area, Friendly family run B&B.

Positive: First of all, it was incredibly helpful that we could communicate with Shon, the owner, in English via WeChat. From the very beginning, he went out of his way to assist us. He kindly arranged to pick us up from Huangshanbei Railway Station and even organised a visit to Hongcun Village on our way to his hotel in Huangshan. Shon was extremely helpful with advice on how to purchase tickets and which areas of the mountain were best to cover during our two-day visit. In addition to providing us with a beautiful room and excellent food, he also offered complimentary transfers from the hotel to the ticket office for the cable car, which made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. All in all, we felt very lucky to have stayed at Yunshan Villa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Huangshan.
Negative: Nothing
Summary: The MOST convenient place to stay for Huangshan

Positive: Everything was really wonderful. If you are the type of person who would want to hike and admire the nature at Huangshan, please book this place. You can just relax here. You can have all your meals here because they have a good cook and the price is very reasonable. It’s like perfect home cooked food. The owner arranged transportation to and fro from this villa. He is a really helpful and friendly person. Keep it up. 👍🏻 No complaints at all about the room. Very relaxing. Good sceneries around the villa.
Negative: None at all
Summary: A perfect holiday away from home

Positive: All the family staff member are super helpful and kind. They gave me the best advices and try to support me in all my movements to get to the bus park station and to the station to go back. The hotel has a little restaurant with good food. It's a nice hotel, room was pretty, comfortable bed and big shower. Position is ok if you cannot sleep inside the park. About 10mins far from park bus station. 50mins far from Huangshan North station. Breakfast included that I couldn't have because I got up very early but they prepared to take away. Perfect
Negative: Nothing important, just some piece of furniture a bit old or ruined that should be changed. Shower dropped water outside but not big problem
